Shanta plays a key role in ensuring clinical studies are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with protocol standards. She is committed to empowering patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare and supporting them throughout their journey.

Janisha is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Clinical Research of Central Florida with over a decade of experience in clinical research, including long-standing experience at CRCF. With a nursing background, she specializes in study coordination, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care, and is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.

As Regulatory Coordinator, I oversee study start-up, maintenance, and closeout while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and participant safety.
